Job Description - Independent Financial Adviser

Successful applicants will be inducted into an intense three month training programme.

Subject to satisfactory completion of this initial training, applicants will then be accepted onto the formal Graduate Trainee programme.

This opportunity is open to applicants of all ages, gender or ethenicity, but education must have been completed to at least Degree level.

Once on the formal Graduate Trainee scheme, you will receive both office based and external training and experience client face to face contact situations whilst accompanying other Advisers.

We would expect that you would complete the formal training period and examinations required within one year, and then move on to become a qualified Independent Financial Adviser, subject to a satisfactory completion of further examinations and supervised training.

The position offers a very competitive salary upon completion of training, as well as bonus and other significant benefits (including private medical insurance, company pension, company car, four weeks paid holiday etc., etc).
