Mr Shandley has been extremely helpful to both my wife and myself for the past 15 years and to my Mother in Law for almost thirty. He has taken the time to get to know us on a personal level and to tailor his advice accordingly. Mr Shandley is very professional in the way he does business and has built up a good knowledge and understanding of our needs over this time.
Mr Shandley offers yearly reviews of our portfolio accompanied by all relevant paperwork set out in an easy to digest format but is available more often if required. Using these as a basis for a discussion as to our needs both short and long term. These meetings are always followed up with a letter detailing what was discussed and laying out what is to be done to follow our wishes.
