Investing as an attorney (EPA or LPA)

Whether you are investing because you hold Power of Attorney for somebody, or if you are investing as a Trustee of an existing trust or settlement, you will have a significant responsibility for the decisions you take. In many cases, you will be acting as an Attorney under an Enduring Power of Attorney, or under a Lasting Power of Attorney.

We are experienced in advising clients in such cases, especially where the Beneficiary is physically or mentally incapacitated.

We work with specialist Solicitors in the drafting of bespoke Trusts for the benefit of either physically or mentally disabled dependents/relatives.

We work with our clients to ensure that investment objectives are met and target yields are calculated correctly.
